A. Sure, you can send us the material you want to print, we will test it for you and take photos and videos for your reference, if you want to see it, just pay the shipping cost is ok.
2. How long warranty period you provide for your products?
A. All machine of us have 12months warranty from the day you begin use the machine.
3. Do you have all consumables for your machine?
A. Yes, all consumables of our machine is avaliable, just contact us and tell us your requirement.
4.Can I install the machine easily?
A. Yes, the machine support all kinds of operate system, and there is CD and manual matched during paking, you can see the CD install by yourself. Also you can ask us for help, we will use teamviewer assist you online on problem.
5. How to buy your machine?
A. You can place Protection Order on Alibaba directly, or let us know the detailed you need, we will make proforma invoice with our bank information for you confirm, and we will delivery the goods accordingly after get payment, and let you know the tracking number(or send you B/L) then.
6. Do you take part in the exhibition?
A. Yes, we take part in exhibition in Shanghai, Guangzhou each year, and we will send email to inform you some days in advance, and welcome to our booth in that time.
7. When can I get the price?
A. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
